Happy Friday! Today I am sharing a Five Minute Bruschetta Board which is PERFECT for holiday entertaining!! It is so simple, yet looks extravagant… major win. Follow the directions below or create your own, but don’t forget the hummus from Boar’s Head because it is THE BOMB!
Keep scrolling for a video!
What you need:
- Boar’s Head Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- Cherry tomatoes
- Feta Cheese (or really, any kind of cheese)
- Bread (any kind works!)
- Olive oil
What to do:
Heat your oven to 400.
Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil. Then mix it together!
Slice the bread (however thick you want your bruschetta) and use a spoon to scoop the tomatoes onto the bread.
Then sprinkle your cheese on top of the bread and tomatoes.
Put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes! Once the cheese looks a bit melted and the bread is browned, take it out!
Place the bruschetta on your board. Sprinkle cheese, olives, salami and whatever else you want onto your board. Don’t forget to add hummus to the board! We love dipping bread chips into this hummus!!
This bruschetta board is SO easy and classy. It takes 5 minutes and is such a great addition to those nights of holiday entertaining! The Boar’s Head Hummus is a huge highlight and there is a flavor for everyone! We love the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, but next we are trying the Roasted Pine Nut Hummus or the Tuscan Style White Bean Hummus!!
Which flavor of hummus are you going to try?!
