Postpartum Update: Week 3

I am now three weeks (and a few days) postpartum. I still have a few weeks before I can start working out again, but breastfeeding has been doing me good! The day I delivered Harlym, I weighed 162 and I’m already down 146 (as of a couple days ago). This is super exciting for me because with Brooklynn I barely lost a few pounds in the first three weeks.

I still have a long way to go but I am so proud of my progress already! Yes, I know my #momhips are here to stay and that’s okay :)

    I don’t know man, my hips got smaller over time after my son was born, so you never know! But hips are awesome, so never fear if they stick around. I just had my daughter two weeks ago, so I am excited to meet a mom around the same time-frame as I am. :) Congrats on your baby and the weight loss thus far. I am so anxious to get back into my normal routine. <3 hoping it will come soon.
