This recipe is one of my faves. It’s mouthwatering and delicious and pretty much as close to perfection as you can get.
Thick chicken breast
1. Cut the chicken open down the middle, then one or two times inside (so the pesto will be able to soak all the way through it). Also- I don’t marinate or season my chicken because the pesto seeps and bakes through the whole thing.
5. Put the chicken in the oven at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
