It’s officially graduation season (and summer is right around the corner), which means everyone is going to be surfing Pinterest for easy snack ideas, DIY cheese boards, and basically anything that makes bringing a dish to the next grad party easy and convenient. Well, I’m excited to share my easy and family-friendly charcuterie board.
One of the most important things when creating snacks and sides for my family is making sure we can ALL eat it. I’m not the kind of mom that makes different food for every family member. We all eat the same meal.
For my charcuterie board, all you need is meat, cheese, pickles, crackers and tomatoes. SO easy, right?
I’m a huge fan of the Cracker Barrel Cheese that you can find at Fry’s (or your local Kroger store). I grabbed the Cracker Barrel Cheese Sticks, Dippers, Rich and Bold Cubes and Cheese Squares (perfect for crackers)! You can never have enough cheese, right? And side note, we love the cheese sticks and Rich and Bold Cubes for lunches, snacks, etc. We literally eat them daily.
Next, I situated the cheese on a plate with salami, crackers, pretzels, pickles, tomatoes, and grapes. I also opened the Cracker Barrel Dippers, which includes extra sharp white cheddar cheese dip paired with pita chips, and placed them next to the plate for a perfect creamy meets crunchy snack.
And that’s it. So easy, you guys. And I love this for a side or snack because it’s incredibly filling. Not to mention, it looks fancy!
The signature of true cheese lovers since 1954, Cracker Barrel’s award-winning cheeses are selected and prepared with discerning tastes in mind. Whether you’re indulging on your own, or sharing with good company, choose Cracker Barrel for a deliciously different cheese.
Their cheeses are perfect for school lunches, summer snacks, picnics, parties, easy charcuterie boards, and so much more. I especially love that most of the products are easy to take on-the-go, which is perfect for my family’s insanely busy lifestyle.
Head to your local Kroger store to find an incredible selection of Cracker Barrel cheese!
