This recipe is so easy and so delicious!
-2 cups of cooked chicken
-1/3 cup cooked bacon
-1 jar of Alfredo sauce
-1 can of Pillsbury Grand Homestyle refrigerated biscuits
(I used leftover chicken from the night before and bacon bits.)
Step One: Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Step Two: Stir together chicken, bacon, and Alfredo sauce.
Step Three: Seperate dough into 8 biscuits. Roll out each biscuit with a rolling pin. Press dough into bottom and sides of the cups in the muffin pan.
Step Four: Spoon chicken mixture into the center of each dough-lined cup. Pinch edges together to cover and seal the dough.
Step Five: Bake 15-17 minutes (until the tops are golden brown). Let them cool down for about five minutes before serving.
This recipe makes 8, which I thought might not be enough. But it was! My husband had four, I had three, and my daughter had a half of one. We were so full after dinner! It was so delicious. Enjoy!
