1 package of regular cream cheese
1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 stick of celery
1/2 cup of ranch dressing
2 cups of shredded cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut up your cooked chicken (I cooked my chicken at 450 for 25 minutes beforehand).
Shred it with your fingers, then layer the bottom of your dish with the chicken.
Chop up your celery (very fine) and sprinkle it on top of the chicken.
Can you tell that Anthony enjoyed it? I love this dish because you get the hot sauce flavor without burning your mouth, thanks to the celery and ranch dressing. It’s the perfect appetizer or late night snack! My mom used to make this whenever my basketball team would sleepover at my house in high school. The girls always asked for it and it would be gone in less than ten minutes! Happy cooking!
